Update a Subset of Wells Using a Well List (.txt file)

To create a well list, see Export a Well List .

It is highly recommended that you review and understand the Fit Settings and Import Parameters in the User Options before importing production data. These settings affect how data is imported and how forecasts are created in Value Navigator.

To update a subset of wells in your project based on a well list (.txt file)

1. From the File menu, select Import.
2. In the Import dialog box, select Import from data source(s) and select the data sources you want to use.
3. Under Wells to Update, select Well List.
4. Browse to the well list text file and click Open.
5. Click Next and edit the Import Options, if required.
6. Click Next and edit the Data Source Import Options, if required.
7. Click Finish.
